  • All sarees being handloom or silk-based may have minor variations which are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways and COD (Cash on Delivery) if available.

  • Any fraudulent transaction or payment failure may lead to order cancellation.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD selection.

  • SilkDraper reserves the right to accept or cancel any order without explanation. In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified and refunded (if applicable).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier services, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customers must provide correct delivery details. SilkDraper is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence of customer.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video and proof.

  • Online payments are refunded 100% once return is approved.

  • COD refunds are processed after the product is successfully received and inspected.

  • Products must be unused, untorn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content including text, images, designs, logos, and product photos belongs to SilkDraper.

  • Unauthorized copying or distributing our content is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the website by:

  • Attempting to hack or disrupt website functionality.

  • Sharing false information or placing fraudulent orders.

  • Copying products, descriptions, or data for commercial use without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SilkDraper is not responsible for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss caused due to product misuse or user negligence.

  • Delays beyond our control (courier delay, natural disaster, strike, etc.).
